Cant do anything. My game just crashed and the only thing i can do is using the xbox...

mine lets me download but it completely crashed my Xbox 360, I now cant connect to online when playing any game, it takes ages to load anything now and the Witcher download stopped a 20% and only said pending and wont do anything else

i have something same not, directly like u but well it freezes,

if i play my own new created world i can do anything, i can craft, mine etc .. just the only thing i cant do is acess the inventory, evrytime i open it -> freeze .. but the weired thing is its ONLY on self made maps, when i play tutorial it works fine, even
after i finished tutorial and play the map further .. its just crash on New World Maps (online and offline)

Yeah, same thing happening here. I was able to play a match if i just pressed "A" and used my first loadout. But cant Use the multiplayer menu do do anything. Does anyone know how to speak to xbox support?

Do all games crash?, the refund can only be made by the retailer, you can contact amazon tho and see if there's anything they can do, just check if in your amazon's order history there's a "closed refund gap" in you purchase of the xbox.

Hi, I’ve had the same issue tried every thing you said to do, still comes up with the crash and I just have no idea what to do and it’s making me very angry due to paying for a game just for this to happen and not be able to play it
