    Can't DL the 360 titles, says join GOLD, already a member though


    Hi, I cannot DL the Games with Gold 360 titles direct to my XBOX ONE. It says I must do it from my 360 (Gotten rid of) or on the games with gold site.

    ON the games with gold site, it says underneath the game, "Join now to claim for XBOX 360". Clicking that takes me to a page where it wants me to buy Gold Membership time. Problem is, I am already signed into my account AND I have a gold Membership until
    December of 2017.

    All XBOX 360 games with gold titles are BC on XBOX ONE now and I would like to get this month's 360 game. Is there a problem on the site and is there a way to get work around this issue so I can get the game?

    Can't join any Early Access forums and haven't recieved my download link for the preview program

    I am a preview member already. That's why I ask here for help. I can't join the forums and havent recievee the DL link as I turned it off. Now it's on and I am waitig for thr software and forum.

    My profile says I am a preview member. That is what your support told me in the chat

    Wont let me join ambassador program says I am not a gold member but I am a gold member.

    By the way all the XBOX ONE titles also say "Join now to claim for XBOX ONE". Won't even let me get those from the site, though since I can get them directly from the XBOX ONE console it's less of an issue.

    Make sure your console region and the store region match. If not you won't be able to download.

    Have you tried via Xbox.com's games with gold page using your PC? I did that today for DiRT Showdown and it is currently displayed as "Ready to Install" in My Games & Apps (all the way to the right of the games section).

    HyruleBalverine, that's where I am having the issue, on the website on the PC. There's not even an option on the XBOX ONE console. I can download XBOX ONE Games with Gold games from the console, but for the 360 games,which all 360 Games with Gold games are
    backwards compatible as of november, I can only either redeem them on the 360 and it will also show up on the ONE, or redeem on the games with gold site. I no longer have a 360 so that option is out and the website seems to keep wanting me to join XBOX LIVE
    GOLD even though I am already a member and subbed up until the end of 2017.
