    Cant disable XBOX game pass autorenew


    Why cant I disable Xbox game pass autorenew? I keep getting the message shown below. Its been three weeks now. My subscription doesn't expire until sometime mid next year but I don't want it to autorenew.

    i cant disable autorenew and have tried and am now suspended. been told its shut off but still charged. really upset about this.

    Settings > Account > Subscription > Select any subscription > Press A and select Disable AutoRenew

    Please keep in mind if you choose to do upgraded xbox subscription to ultimate game pass that canceling isnt recommended

    Its.best to turn off autorenewal as you cant downgrade.until the subscription is up and canceling wont downgrade you you forfeit.the month you have as per the terms of the free upgrade
