    I have problem described blow, i need to re-enroll.

    "Your currency is not matching. If you’ve migrated your Xbox Live locale, your Rewards locale does not change automatically. To change your Rewards locale, you must opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and then re-enroll. This will refresh your Rewards
    account, so remember to reach out on the forum BEFORE opting out to let us know. Once you've successfully waited two days and re-enrolled, please create another forum post asking us to re-deposit your Credits."

    Can't request deposit

    I have 20000 credits on my account and it will not let me request it to be deposited on to my account

    Hello OvertDegree3524,

    We see that your regions are matching so there is no need to opt out.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credit event happened on the 18th, it has not yet been deposited, and will be a part of the mid-April deposit.

    Deposit requests are only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have them deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled to be deposited
    around the following 15th or 30th of the month so there is no longer a need to request one.

    to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    If you're seeing a message that there is an error depositing your credits, you will want to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you.

    Your deposit is failing due to a your regional currencies for your Rewards and Microsoft Accounts not matching. In order to resolve this issue, please adjust your Microsoft Account region to match your Rewards Account region, which is located in Ireland.

    You can change your region by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account
    to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.
