Can't deposit my reward credits.

From the FAQ for the Simply Rewarding offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Note that pending and deposited are two different Credit types. Pending Credits are undeposited, and are awaiting action to move to the deposited state. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits
pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your deposit will not occur until the end of the month.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

The 15th and 30th are just the last dates that deposits will take place, but deposits usually take place earlier. The first deposit for this month took place on the 10th, so there was no deposit scheduled for the 15th. Generally if you get to 5,000 credits
between that 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. The next deposit takes place on the 24th so that would be the soonest they would be deposited.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 credits pending first. There is no way to have credits deposited any
earlier than the scheduled deposit dates.

Agreed, as the other poster said. You can't pay with an account balance because you could have had this credit deposited into your account through several methods, such as Rewards points being cashed in for XBL credit. You must pay for subscriptions with
your own money, not through methods like getting a deposit from the Rewards program, just for an example, so this is why you can't use account credit to pay for it. It must be done with a credit or debit card.

Rewards Credits will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit 5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending until a quantity
of 5,000 is reached.

Since you were beneath 5000 Credits, we did not schedule a deposit for you. Also from the FAQ:

What if I want my Rewards Credits, but I don't have 5,000 accumulated?



If you reach 1,000 Rewards Credits or more but don't have the 5,000 Credits needed to automatically trigger a deposit, a 'Request Deposit' button will appear on your MyRewards page. Click the button to request your credits, which will be deposited into
your Microsoft account by the next scheduled deposit date. Check out the progress bar at the top of your MyRewards page to see your Credits progress.
