Can't deposit credits

I have been getting an error that I need to update my billing info for my credits to get deposited. I've updated it multiple times and keep getting the same error.

Can't deposit Rewards Credits?

Hello,

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Can't deposit Rewards Credits?

I have over 10,000 rewards credits that I am trying to deposit as I can't wait for them to automatically deposit at the end of the month, but for some reason the option is not there. Any idea why?

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event was on the 6th, it will be included with the end of month deposit. The request a deposit button is just for requesting deposits before the automatic deposit amount of 5000 pending Credits.

the following month. This is why your 40,000 Credits have been deposited, but your 15,000 Credit event on November 3rd has not. Those 15,000 Credits should deposit at the end of the month deposit, as described above.

deposit the following month. Since your Credit event that placed you above the 5000 pending Credit limit required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred on the 10th, you should expect these Credits to be deposited in the end of month deposit this
month.

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled. The request deposit button is only available if you hav ar least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000
pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled to be deposited so there is no longer a need to request one.
