Cant deposit Account needs updating !!!

Anyone else got this on there account .

I Also have not received any points for my missions in months

account needs updating to make a deposit?

I have rewards point that I cant access because my rewards says "your account needs updating to make a deposit". When I click on it, it takes to me to my microsoft account and everything in there looks fine. My billing address is correct so why cant the
points be deposited?

My xbox rewards account says that it needs updating for a deposit.

 

I've had this problem now for literally over 18 months. I have over 93,000 rewards points backed up that aren't depositing, but all my info is up to date and correct.

MS have been "doing something to fix it" for the entire time I've had the problem. So I can only assume that a) they're either lying or incompetent in the extreme, and b) they don't give a **** about their customers, because if they did they'd just credit
us the amount of Xbox credit we're due, or put in place some other work-around.

 

Same problem, 6 months, 30k pending and absolutely no help available.

 

Same issue here with 36k points pending, I've put the pause on usage until I see deposits
