Can't delete messages on Xbox one s

    Can't delete messages on Xbox one s


    Since the latest update I have not been able to delete any of the messages. Ive tried to delete them multiple times. Is anyone else having this issue? Any advice is welcomed.

    Please try also your apps on PC and mobile. If nothing helps, maybe power-cycle or resetting your console with keeping your games and apps :)

    Hold the power button on your console for 8 seconds and turn it back and try deleting your messages again.

    Hard resetting the xbox and maybe remove the account from the xbox and then sign in your email and put the account back on the xbox if that stuff doesnt work id call xbox customer support and they should have a solution for u

    If no then try deleting a message in your inbox, if a message can't be deleted then the problem is from your Xbox 360.

    If you can delete a message from your inbox then your messaging limit has been reached
