Can't delete credit cards from my account plz help

I have been trying to delete a credit card from my account but it won't work somebody plz help I've tried everything

please help me to delete my credit card from my account .

 

Credit Card deleting problem

I trying to delete my credit card from my xbox 360,but when i try to do it,appears a message informing that i can't delete this credit card and the xbox ask me to go on xbox.com/accounts but each time i go there,i always fall in a error page. Can anyone
help me? Some people said me that i can't delete that card because my Live Gold was working. But last weekend,my Gold expired and anyway i can't do it yet.

 

Have you purchased gold with the card? If so you must wait for the current subscription to end to remove the card. Also make sure to disable automatic renewal prior to your subscription ending to avoid being charged again on that card.

 

So there are no paid subscriptions linked to the card? (Xbox music, etc)

 

No all it says is there is charges waiting to be paid but they have already taken the money out of the credit card account

 

I would contact customer support if i were you. They can remove the payment option for you and sort out the reason why you can't. It maybe that there is a subscription dating back from ages ago as this happened to me recently. Customer support will sort
it out for you.
