Can´t delete Clubs or Teams in Xbox Console Companion

Sorry to hear you are having trouble deleting a club using the Xbox console companion app.

Are you the owner of the club? If so make sure you have the Xbox Console Companion app downloaded

From there, on the side bar click on "Clubs"

then go to Manage > Club settings > Scroll all the way down. Under "Language" it should say Ownership. There should be 2 options under that.





Do you have an Xbox console. You can follow these steps on your console as well.

Hello PseudoDavid, you've tried checking through the Xbox Companion App:

Get Xbox Console Companion - Microsoft Store

Open the Xbox Companion App


Select Clubs from the menu on the left side of the app.

If you know the Club name, select Find a Club and type it in. Note: Like Gamertags, Club names are unique.

If you don't have a Club in mind, you can browse Clubs with a combination of by game or by tag.

Sadly Xbox console companion is dead, and windows users can no longer admin clubs.

Hello and thank you for your suggestion Lucas. However:

- I have looked into the Xbox app and couldn't find the settings you mentioned.

- I have looked into the Xbox Console Companion app and couldn't find the "Delete Club" button you mentioned.

- I don't have an Xbox.

Perhaps there are other possible workarounds to delete a club?

Are you able to try to delete the club using the Xbox App on Windows 10?

1. Sign into the correct account

2. Select the club in question

3. Select Manage

4. Select Club Settings

5. Select "Delete Club"

If this doesn't work or you can't try to delete it on Xbox App on Windows 10, would you please try to perform a Soft Factory Reset on your Xbox?

Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note: The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause you to lose your games, but please be aware that you need to know the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account again.
