Can't Delete Captures on Series X

Please also try the steps below to sort out the issue.

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

If that step doesn't work, try the steps below.

1. Please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings >> manual

2. Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222

3. Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220

If it still doesn't work, I'm sorry, but as of the moment we have received multiple reports about the issue already and there is no official announcement posted yet on the Xbox website about this. We will need to wait until it has been fixed on their end.

I would also recommend providing feedback about it using the Report a problem app which you can download by doing the steps below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Store.

Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box.

Choose the app from the search results, and then select Download.

Follow the instructions in the section “Report a new problem” to submit your problem report.

Xbox series x. There is so much documentation about this issue, no-one has a solution (apart from streaming on twitch, saving the vod and then editing the video). Compared with my xbox one captures, taken well over a year ago, they are awful, choppy, stuttering messes. This is not a problem on my end, this is a problem with the xbox series x capture system. The fact captures are STILL terrible is a joke, given the series x was released over 18 months ago.

I am having issues loading my captures, they started off by not showing up on xbox live or the app but were there locally. This morning however I can't even access at all on my series X?

with the capture button putting emphasis on sharing in series X, let's hope they step up their game

Same I can't delete any captures from my console or the network. Only started happening today. I tried doing the system reset too, and everything was still there. I'm a content creator and this glitch has completely stopped my YT channel in its tracks atm. Xbox please help obviously this is a new issue for some but an old issue for others. Either way it's not good and must be fixed.
