Can’t customise my main Xbox profile on the Xbox website

Basically when I go to the Xbox website and customise my profile my main account says that information isn’t available, even when going to the direct link itself https://account.xbox.com/CustomizeProfile to change it, it basically says my profile doesn’t exist

But on my other account, it lets me change it completely normal, which is annoying trying to create a custom bio and location in a different language when it doesn’t let me do it in the end on my main anyways.

Any help?

Nevermind, any ambassador customising your profile on the Xbox site, take your badges off, apparently having them on doesn’t show your profile

Go into your account profile / gamertag,

then select my profile

then select customise profile,

then select change colour.

You mentioned that you also can’t sign in to Xbox support website, am I correct?
