    Can't create Xbox profile for my family member.


    I'm family organizer and already added my little sister in family group settings.

    It's fine watching her weekly overviews, restricting/filtering inappropriate contents etc, they work flawlessly.

    But this one is exception.

    Whenever i try to create Xbox profile for my sister, the end result is always the same. (as shown in screenshot).

    Go to xbox.com (using Microsoft Edge) > login my sister account > asked parent account (so i put my microsoft account and password) >

    logging in and then it happen.

    * I tried with or without VPN, using two different PCs, various browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox), also switching two different ISP available in my area.

    Pls help!

    If so, can you try adding her account on the Xbox and see what happens?
