    Can't create or sign in Xbox live on my 360, what do I do?


    I am trying to create/sign in to my Microsoft account on my Xbox 360. I am unable to click the profile, account, and privacy buttons since they are darkened and blocked. I tried to create an account and download an account and both said my email(gmail.com) couldnt be found. How do I sign in, and does Xbox live still work?

    The problem with my gmail is that I can't sign up with it. it says "This email is already a live ID do you want to create xbox Live with it"

    I tested my connection and my Xbox Live connection to my Xbox and to the Internet works fine.

    I deleted my profile off my Xbox 360S. I tried to sign in with a newly created profile and it says my username and password are incorrect.

    Yet when I log into this site the username and password work fine.

    Now what do I do? How do I connect my Xbox 360S to XBLive? thanks

    Can't connect to Xbox live at all on backwards compatibility games.

    I've been having this problem too and I have no idea what to do I can't sign into Xbox Live 360 games via the backwards compatibility, and I've tried talking to Microsoft support and they told me to do this whole delete 360 storage and it deleted my 360
    account and now it's still won't let me redownload my account on the 360 and I can't now play any of my 360 games and I have no idea what to do, I looked at what this Microsoft support person wanted me to do and it look way too complicated on my part I don't
    know if it's something on now my end I need to fix or their end

    Problem with signing and disconnecting

    I did all of the stuff that I can do myself and what I can do with the wired connection.

    PS. I got disconnected again. Tried signing in, I nearly got in as when the 360 had loaded my profile it said straight away "Disconnected from Xbox LIVE" and then it showed me a "Can't connect to Xbox LIVE."

    Happens to me a lot now when I try to sign in
