    Cant create my minecraft realm i bought


    So yesterday i renwed my minecraft realm for 10$ and till now it says, your purchase succeeded, but we couldn‘t create your Realm right now, when i try to renew it. How can i fix this?

    Hello llOMGitzAntonll,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. For Minecraft technical support, you should visit Mojang support. Microsoft/Xbox would only be able to assist with uninstalling the game and basic troubleshooting such as restarting your device/network hardware
    and so on. What platform are you playing on? Have you already contacted
    Mojang support?

    Cant get acces to my realm

    Thanks for answering. I use minecraft windows 10 edition. When i click play to my own realm it says : Connection to the realm. This operation can takes few minutes. After a few it says: Cant acces to your Realm. please try later. (since 2 days we cant acces
    to the realm)

    I have 26 days left to my realm subsription.

    I also tried to dowload my realm to normal mode and i can play with it.

    Only on Realm mode we cant play

    Hello I am experiencing this problem with Minecraft im trying to join my friends realms but it said you cannot play minecraft realms because of how your account is set up. You can change your privacy and online settings in aka.ms/account settings
    but it never works i cant find privacy settings anywhere it sends me to xbox support everytime. Please help
    i cant join my friends and i cant go online:(
