    can't create microsoft account for my son - stuck on puzzle..


    I have tried from my PC, from his tablet and from my phone and no matter what I do I am stuck answering the puzzle questions over and over again and it will not let me create a new account.

    I tried the picture puzzle and the audio puzzle and it thinks and then issues the puzzle again. This is beyond frustrating. Don't tell me to try to fix it by using a different device and don't tell me to find some rando application and try to get it created that way. There is no reason why you cannot get on the microsoft site to create a microsoft account. I don't want some convoluted work around. I want you to fix the problem.

    AND I cannot try to create on another device anymore cause I have 'requested too many codes' to verify the email address and can try again tomorrow. This is absolute BS!!!

    OK having same issue. Have tried multiple times on multiple devices with different browsers.

    Tried all the options above and still not working.

    Help please
    Me too, i've tried all variances and nothing worked when creating a new account online via any browser.

    But what DID CREATE a Microsoft account for me was installing the mobile app and opting to create a new account during its setup process.

    Yeah, just give him a microsoft email account. It's free and he doesn't even have to use it for emails. It just means you can then make him a part of your 'family' online. You can see what and when he plays, block purchases, teach responsibility, all that
    good stuff.
