Can't create another profile

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to create a new profile on your Xbox One console.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the
console, reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

I'm afraid not.Gamertags can't be merged.

Saves are tied to the gamertag that created them & achievements are also tied to the gamertag that unlocked them & can't be moved to another profile.

May I know if you tried using a different device, like your phone, to create your Xbox profile?
Additionally, what about using a different Wi-Fi network, or using your mobile data?

You cannot transfer an Xbox profile to another Microsoft account, it is permanently linked to the Microsoft account it was created for.

Additionally, you can't add an existing Outlook email to another Microsoft account. As stated on the Microsoft Support website: https://support.microsoft.com/office/459b1989-356d-40fa-a689-8f285b13f1f2

"Existing Hotmail, Live, Outlook.com, and MSN addresses can't be added as aliases, and you can't add an alias that is already associated with another Microsoft account."

In this case, your options are creating a new Outlook email for the Microsoft account linked to your Xbox profile, or adding an existing email from another service such as Gmail.
