    Can't create a child account for my nephews. They want to play Minecraft.


    Hi, i tried to make accounts for my 2 nephews. They play Minecraft on Switch. This is the error that i get:

    "Account creation has been blocked

    We have detected some unusual activity and have blocked the creation of a Microsoft account."

    I tried to use their mother WhatsApp or phone number, but she didn't had a Microsoft account. I did this like 20 times already, then, after many months, i found out that you can make child accounts on my account, just like Nintendo, but i think the algorithm flagged me as spam becuase of the many failed attempts when trying to make their account through their mother. What can i do? I did everything in the learn more section. I don't want to do it from another network or device, that would mean my account would be still flagged and couldn't create accounts for the other 3 brothers when they get their Switch. I'm on Windows 10. I tried doing it from the phone browser and app too, but still nothing, no results. Same message. Please help me Microsoft.

    Need some assistance understanding my account.

    The link I send you shows how you can share the gold membership and the games but seems you have yet to set up your nephew's account as well. First you should set up your nephew's account as a child's account and set yours as the parent account. That way
    he will be able to play minor's games in his own account without being able to purchase. For more info:

    If your nephew is underage just set up a child account under your main account in order to have control of both and allow your nephew to enjoy gaming.

    I'm trying to find out how to make another "Live" profile for my other child on the Xbox and can't figure out how. We have the Live subscription but for some reason, my other child cannot go on live with my other child when playing Minecraft with their

    I did create an entirely new account. Do you want me to post the WLID here or PM it to you?

    The Gamertag I assigned to the WLID is FancyAnika. It is NOT a child account.

    I believe the problem is primarily my being able to create child accounts although I can't rule out that it is not both scenarios you described above.
