"Can't continue service order"

    My Elite Series 2 controller has broken bumpers... again! Last time I submitted a service order and got a repair or replacement (they didn't specify) in the mail 2 weeks, or so, later no problem but this time they "can't continue this order" and tell me
    to contact them for assistance. Idk if it's because im having the same issue that they are rejecting my service order, but apparently "phone calls and chats aren't available" for warranty/repair issues, according to the "contact us" page. Does anyone know
    how I can get the gears turning on this?

    P.S. Out of curiosity I briefly scouted selecting other reasons for the warranty claim and bumper malfunction was the ONLY issue they "couldn't continue" the service order for. I figure lying in the service order would get me nowhere, so I haven't tried
    to go through with that.

    From what I have seen in the past, they will continue with the service order

    i know. ant they're full of it when they state service has been restored. i also need to reconsider scorpio. without the tech support behind the product it might as well be garbage.

    This is an issue you should solve with your ISP. In order to get a continual IPv6 connection you should contact them and pick the service that offers you a IPv6 quality line.

    Backward-compatible games can only use Cloud saves. So make sure the console is properly connected to the Live service in order to continue saving game progress.
