    Can't contact Xbox/Microsoft support


    I am being told to contact customer support but there is no way to do that. This (-link) is the reason I need to contact and also I am advised there to contact support. Contacting support seems like running into brick wall. Phone number 0344 800 2400

    Microsoft Corporation/Customer service sends me to help.microsoft.com. From there I am being redirected to https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us/emerald with page looking like this:

    It does say that there is Web chat as well as phone support but I am not seeing any web chat apart from virtual assistant which is useless, and call back does not work as you can see here:

    As I input my phone number and confirm it gives error "Something went wrong at our end. We’re working on it. Try again."

    I am lost and giving up, please direct me in the right direction on how to reach a human being that can assist me with my problem.

    Please follow the instructions on screen. Once done with the automatic stuff you'll be sent to a fellow gamer to help out. If it's account or billing related then ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate. Be sure to request escalation as some agents think that means releasing it
