    Can’t connect with Home WiFi or cable net


    Hi There. I bought XBox One few years back. I haven’t opened my xbox package for few years as I was leaving in one room space. I opened my xbox and since then I am trying to connect with my home wifi but its not going through even I used wired cable to connect my home internet that one doesn’t work too. I took it to mechanic to repair it but he refused to repair. He said that he doesn’t know how to fix it. Please I am writing my xbox details here. If someone can help me to connect with wife. I would be very much thankful.

    Lack of connectivity might be a Issue ensure everyone is connected to the home LAN (WiFi or cable), free WiFi or someone else's open WiFi can cause problems. If the server and players are not all connected to the same connection in the same way, cable
    vs WiFi, that can also be a problem. Hope this help you out.

    Hello.

    I've been having this trouble to, this maybe due to the WiFi connection being used up by multiple devices in the household. such as Ipods, Iphones, Ipads, computers, tablets, and much more that use WiFi or is connected by a ether net cable. it is most likely
    sucking your WiFi connection. Suggestion is to disconnect some of the devices from the router and WiFi. If this helps the have a fun gaming time :)

    I would reccomend checking your wireless wifi connection and maybe try using a ether net cable because it provides a more smooth wifi connection also your xbox one x might be broken so if it keeps on not working call microsoft or xbox support for help

    Have you reset your router, best to do this at least once a week , to refresh the connection.

    I would do a speed test on another device to see what you get.

    Also is it wifi or either net cable. ?

    Series S won’t connect to home WiFi

    After entering my password it takes about 30s to load and then it does say can’t connect to wireless network. I did also use my phone hotspot as it wouldn’t connect to my home WiFi.
