Can't connect to Xbox party.

I cannot connect to an Xbox party. Each time I join or create a party, it closes after ≈ 20 seconds. There is no error code given. Apex Legends game chat also doesn't let me speak, but I can hear it. It is not my wifi connection, nor is it my privacy settings. I have tried restarting the console. Hard resetting it, resetting my router, and checking my privacy settings. My friend also hasn't been able to connect to parties on his Series S, so this issue isn't just for me. I attempted to use the virtual assistant and that was unsuccessful. I also tried contacting an agent, he ran into a technical issue. Assistance would be appreciated.

Ugh! There's still a bug that keeps me from joining partys'. I tried joining my friends party but it kept on saying can't connect to xbox live party, same for my friends, they can't join my party's unless they reset their (turn off/turn back on) xbox.

Same, I can't connect to xbox live parties from the app because it can't find the teredo address.

I have finally encountered an error code: 0x8923104F

Still nothing.
