Can't connect to Xbox Party through Game Bar on Windows 10... anyone else?

Hi! I hope someone else might have some experience with this issue... I have a desktop and a laptop on windows 10. With the desktop I can log onto xbox parties no problem. With my laptop I can only log onto xbox parties that only have other windows
10 users in it. As soon as an xbox player joins the party crashes, or if there already is an xbox player in the party it wont let me in. I've also been told when i try to join it can crash the party for everyone.

The laptop is a brand new MSI GE66 Stealth, its always had this issue connecting to xbox parties.

Checking my connection under settings>gaming>xbox networking it's all looking good - NAT Type Open and Server connectivity Connected

Thanks a lot for your time and help! I miss playing with my buddies I try to troubleshoot this every chance I get and I am just stumped! This is an ongoing issue so not related to the current notice of current xbox outages.

Hi Scotty - Its been an issue previous to the issues tonight, its happened for a few months now even when there are not issues happening. I was able to sign onto xbox party with my desktop and my xbox fine tonight, just not that one laptop.

There is a chance you are banned temporarily from chat.. Or possibly server issues could be affecting you

I am having the same issues. I submitted a bug into Feedback Hub and hopefully it will get fixed. You most likely aren't chat banned like the others are saying. I think it has to do with the Teredo server.
