    Can't connect to Xbox live


    Hi any help or advice will be gratefully received. My sons Xbox one will not connect to any live services. He has ten months membership remaining and the network connection is fine. I've logged on and the service is fine in this area. This has been like
    this for two to three days and nothing has changed.

    Xbox Live connection lags yet internet connection is excellent. Nat becomes Moderate

    I can't connect to Xbox Live when bridging. My Xbox settings are on Automatic and I can't connect.

    Try logging out of xbox live and logging back in. Let us know. Good Luck!
