    Cant Connect to Xbox Live


    My xbox used to connect to xbox live then i got a new router and ever since then i've been having problems connecting to xbox live. when i try to connect it gives me message saying cant connect to xbox live so i try to test my connection and i cant connect
    to the router. below the message saying that i cant connect the number 80151909 appears. when i look up that number i found that it means that my profile cant be downloaded and i don't think that is the problem.

    please help

    xbox live no go

    ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before
