Can't connect to Xbox Live

Ive bought Forza Horizon 4 a few days ago, yesterday it was finally downloaded but I still cant play it .

have been playing forza horizon 3 the day before this error started happening, I can't even play that now. I've tried a lot of youtube tutorials to fix this, like making sure the xbox services are on. Sadly it didn't work. I can not open the XBOX app as well,
same error.

There is no button or menu to connect!

The system is not connected, I do a network test and it passes, but still is not connected... I can't do anything with the X1 if it's not connected to live!

Is there a way to manually connect to Xbox live in this console?

It seems like your wifi is not allowing you to use the xbox services have you tried to restart or factory reset your router that might fix the issue

 

I have tried restarting it a few times, didn't work. Im able to connect to the Xbox App on my laptop, so I dont think my router is blocking it.

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage



4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.
