Cant connect to Xbox live or sign in to profile

I cant sign into my xbox live account but when i go on to another profile i have it automatically signs me in and on the profile im tring to use its just keeps giving me a message like"Cant connect to Xbox LIVE. Select Test Connection to troubleshoot, or
try downloading your profile again"

I cant connect either! when doing the connection test it connects to xbox live but says there is a service alert. when I sign into my profile it completely diconnects from live

the funny thing is when im signing out my profile and trying to connect to xbox live it dosent work )

that will not let you download cause you need to be connected to XBL... im having the same problem as digital and i cant get anything to work.. i sign into my profile and it says "you have lost connection to xbox live. please sign in again. i test my connection
and it says my network is connected, internet is connected and xbox live is connected but yet it still wont let me sign in to xbox live

I think not you're being hacked, cause then you weren't able to sign into your Profile.

Further, I think there's a bug in your internet connection.
