Cant connect to XBox Live on Xbox 360

Cant connect to XBox Live on Xbox 360
Hi there. This started on Tuesday (5/4/2021)when i was not able to connect to Xbox Live on my 360. I was prompted a code: 8015190E.

I did a network check and this was the results:

Network: Connected

Internet: Connected

Xbox Live: Failed

Error Status Report:

W: 0000 - 0021

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 30A8 - 48E0

Z: 0000- 0000

ID: FFFF- FFFF

L: 8015 - 190E

Q: 800- 0435

T: Wireless

I cleared the Hard drives cache with no avail, i have also disconnected and reconnected the modem with no success. I've done a hard reset (all my games were deleted unfortunately) and that also didn't work. Also, i went and did the Restore Network Setting to factory with no success as well. I went to my Xbox One and was able to go online no problem, as a matter of fact I'm downloading a free Games for Gold game as i'm typing this. However i went and tried to play a 360 game from the Xbox One that i had downloaded and it would not let me connect to Xbox Live. I have read in other forums that this could be due to the persons profile being not verified or suspicious? So is my account half blocked? I'm really confused as to why the 360 can't log in, but my Xbox One can. It doesn't appear to be a modem problem as i can clearly go online with the Xbox One and other consoles. Please help.
