Cant connect to XBOX LIVE in Prague

Since about 2 days ago its not possible to connect to XBOX LIVE.

Internet connection is working fine however i cannot get a connection to the xbox live servers.

I have tried all the obvious problems however as i still have internet on all other devices im guessing its an xbox live / ISP problem.

Location: Prague, Czech Rep

Provider: UPC

Direct connection, xbox 360 console.

I have reset all settings (and all router settings), port forwarding is ok, firewall is off, DMZ also i tried to assign a separate IP address to the console, still nothing.

Deleted profile and now cant re-download, system cache is clear, network settings have been reset.

Im now stuck haha

xbox live no go

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

Similar situation in Athens, Greece (provider: OTENET). 360 connects to the internet fine through Ethernet connection, but can't connect to Xbox Live. I reset my network settings, power-cycled my router, power-cycled my 360, and deleted my profile (and was
unable to re-download).

Oddly enough, this problem is specific to my Xbox 360 and the 360 SmartGlass app I have on an Android device. I have an Xbox One on the same network (hardwired into the same router, no less) which is connecting to Xbox Live without any problems (as is the
Xbox mobile app that is associated with the Xbox One).
