    Can't connect to Xbox Live. HELP.


    So I just got xbox live gold and it wont work. I've tried a whole bunch of things and have been charged twice now for something that isn't working.

    - I've rebooting everything

    - I've signed in and out like a million times

    - I've deleted my account and logged back into it

    If there's anything else I can try, please let me know.

    i have disabled upn and use manual ip + dmz = can't connect to xbox live

    i have used upnp + automaticp ip = can't connect to xbox live

    Same problem here, on my connection test I get "Your console is connected to the internet but can't connect to Xbox LIVE. Visit www.xbox.com/connection-help for more help." First of all this page doesn't exist on xbox.com anymore so that's useful.

    Second, I can't help but notice when I sign into my profile at xbox.com it says Xbox LIVE is "Up and Running." What are we missing here?
