I bought xbox one with cod ghosts, and got a code for xbox live gold trial for 7 days, I used it and after about 5 minutes of gaming online, appears notice : you must have an active network connection to play xbox live matches. I have to connect again and

I can’t get my phone to connect to my Xbox, far too old a model. So my issue is it can’t connect to Xbox live in general and I still can’t start it.
