Can’t connect to Xbox hosted Minecraft realm but my friends can

For the past month or so i have not been able to connect to my minecraft realm that i host and pay 8$ a month for. Ive tried to restart the game and resrart the xbox ive even uninstalled and renstalled the game but that dosent work i try to open the realm
it loads up i get into the world for about a second and then my xbox just compleatly kills itself. This is absolutley rediculous that this game is owned derectly by microsoft but it seems to be one of there most broken games they have. They should have never
traded in quality for quantity because they wanted more people playing the game together so they build a crappy engine for the game because it needed to work on phones. Ive watched this game turn from one of my favorit childhood games to a viction of a greedy
corporit buissness who only cares about money and pretends to care about the people. This has been a waste of both my time and money I hope your happy microsoft

I apologise for anything out of line that i said but its not a nat issue ive reset my wifi and ive tried different networks and ive made sure the nat type was open and its still not working. I belive theres a different or new under lying issue happening

I just bought a minecraft realm, however, my friend and i had have been playing a world that he was hosting for the last few days. Anyway I can upload his world to my realm, give him permission too, or even give him ownership? Xbox one

I tried to connect again, (Ping: 16ms, Download: 17mbps, Upload: 9mbps) with no drop in wifi. This is a realm bought from Minecraft (so I presume it is running off their servers). When I tried to join, other people were in the realm at the time.

Connecting to a friend's world normally works just fine (hosting or joining) but not realms.
