    Can't connect to Xbox App


    Hello,

    Since yesterday i can't connect to Xbox Live on Windows 10, The App loads and then a error message appears saying:

    "You are not connected to internet, Check your connexion and try again."

    I am connected to internet, and my Microsoft account is functionnal cause i connect to my account to boot my computer and i can connect on the website and on the android app.

    Hello,

    I get the same problem here, everything was fine Wednesday, but since yesterday, I can't connect to the Xbox app...

    "You are not connected to internet, Check your connexion and try again."

    My connection is fine, everything else works perfectly (discord, chrome, steam)

    Any help is welcome.

    The Xbox app, available for all devices, lets you message inside the app. :)

    Also, you must be on the same wifi/internet network for them to connect. And you have to enable it inside the console settings.

    Hello? The problem is still not solved. Can someone help me connect the xbox app to my xbox?

    There has never been a "code" that I can type in.

    I cannot login onto the app itself, on my android tablet, as it goes to a black screen and does nothing else.

    • Uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 different times
    • I have hard rest my xbox & restarted it 2 times
    • I made sure that my xbox has the latest update installed

    Nothing works.
