    Hello,

    I read a lot of discussion about people getting the 80151901 error while playing Xbox 360 game on Xbox One.

    I tried multiple thing to solve this problem such as deleting my profile, clearing the cache, download an other profil, etc.

    However even after that I still get the 80151901 error and an other message about a connection issue.

    I tested my online network and it was all good, so I don't know what to do next because I've tried everything.

    Moreover I can't download the profile I deleted earlier because of 80151901 error.

    I'm sorry if there is any grammatical or mispelling error, english is not my mother language.

    If you have any understanding problem let me know.

    Backwards compatibility

    Hi

    This is not true the Xbox One can play quite a few Xbox 360 games through backwards compatibility. Please note the console needs to be online to allow it to download the backwards compatible version of the game.

    If you are playing an Xbox 360 game through the Xbox One's backward compatibility feature, you are able to play it online.

    While playing the Xbox 360 game online, players on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles would populate the same servers and lobbies.

    As a sidenote, the Xbox 360 version of GTA V is currently NOT backward compatible with the Xbox One.

    I'm trying to play bad company 2 online on Xbox one x but it says I don't have permission what the heck

    Currently most Backwards Compatible games are having online issues, you can still connect through an Xbox 360 if you still have that as an option.

    Hopefully below should help you a bit

    1. Xbox 360 game discs can be used in Xbox One however the console needs to be online as it must download the backwards compatible version of the game. Please note the game disc is still required after downloading the game unless the game was purchased through
    the marketplace.

    2. With backwards compatibility Xbox One will run and Xbox 360 game along with an additional piece of software that (Emulates) the Xbox 360 on the Xbox One

    3. Providing the Xbox 360 games you are wishing to play can also be played on Xbox One via backwards compatibility then there is no need for both consoles
