Can't connect to xbox 360 from windows 10 SmartGlass

I Have the following error. What do I do to get it connected. For some reason my xbox.com account shows I have a Xbox One.

Secondly, on my dashboard, I cannot find the Movies and TV's menu, as well as Music. My apps are very limited, and cannot find Amazon Prime Video for example. I tried using Smartglass to connect, but is also not working.

How to upgrade Xbox 360 to One?

You can't connect your Xbox 360 to Windows 10. The only thing you can do is use SmartGlass, using the SmartGlass app found in the Windows Store. (It's kind of pointless, really.)

Xbox 360 SmartGlass not working

Same issue as the rest of you. I am trying to connect using Windows 10 laptop (version 1709 and connected ehternet) and Windows 10 Surface (versión 1709 and connected wifi). My Xbox 360 is connected to the internet via Ethernet. The 360 Smartglass
app will bring up my profile but will not connect to my Xbox 360 (console settings allows for Smartglass connectivity)

I'm in the same boat with everyone else. Same error code as divotman. My windows 10 PC recognize Xbox 360, but Xbox 360 Smartglass will not connect to my Xbox 360.....

On May 18, 2018, the Xbox 360 SmartGlass apps for iOS, Android, Windows Phone 7, Windows Phone 8, Windows 10 Mobile, Windows 8, and Windows 10 will be retired. Support
