    Cant connect to parties.


    Sometimes ill have this problem where I cannot connect to parties at all. If i start my own party I cant even connect to it too. My nat type is open and usually to fix, i have to restart my pc. Is there anyway i can stop this from happening?

    Sorry for the late reply but the error message that comes up when he tries to join my party is "Can't connect to Xbox Live Party" and my ISP is optimum and his is time warner. He can establish a wired connection to his modem but I can't.

    We can both host parties with others with no issues at all it just seems we can't connect to eachother.

    Hi Jawhawk,

    What kind of router are you using and what kind of router(s) are the other people using that you are trying to connect to?

    There are some routers that will not connect with others even if the NAT is fully open. There are some settings that you can change on them to try to connect with others.

    If you could let us know, we'd be glad to help out.
