Cant connect to Online in NBA2k21

That is unfortunately completely on 2k.

"Players will no longer be able to play ranked or online league games. Accordingly, any mode that earns or uses VC will be affected"

2K games career stuff won't load without a server connection.

You can still try and request a refund manually but it is highly unlikely to be approved

But still though it wont let me in the MyCareer on NBA2k21

Refunds are not given via the forums. You can try replying to the email you received declining the refund to contact the refund specialists, or see if you can submit a new request.

There was no email sent expressing why my request was declined so there was no one to follow up with. if you could point me in the right direction or get me in contact with someone that can help on your team that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
