I can’t forget their network because I’m not connected to their network.

• Are you able to see the network list, when you attempt to set up a wireless network?

Xbox 360 - Try this:

• power cycle of the Xbox
• Xbox 360 network connection

Xbox One - Try this:

• power cycle of the Xbox
• Xbox One network connection

It’s an Xbox One console and yes it does display my wireless network’s name but it won’t connect with it. No codes or error messages come up. It just says it can’t connect to my wireless network and to try unplugging my router/modem for 30 seconds and
then plug it back in which I have done several times and it still won’t connect.

After entering my password it takes about 30s to load and then it does say can’t connect to wireless network. I did also use my phone hotspot as it wouldn’t connect to my home WiFi.
