Cant connect to my wireless internet!

Does your router have a option to firewall new devices unless they are manually whitelisted?

Our previous router from UK ISP Sky had this function, basically you could set it up to reject any device trying to connect to it, unless you disabled the function and manually allowed the device to connect, adding it as a trusted device and then re-enabling
the blocker.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on hopefully reconnecting to your wireless internet. I can totally understand how this could throw anyone off, but perhaps some troubleshooting can help resolve this. I suggest going to
Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting. But if that doesn't work,
try resetting your router after having the console unplugged.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

i have time warner cable internet and my xbox live connection isnt working. My home wireless and ethernet work perfectly, but whenever i try to connect my Xbox to live, it says that i am connected to the internet, but that it cant connect to xbox live

This does not give me a way go access you to call me. The wizard stops me dead at ask forums abd look online abd ask gamers. How do i get ahold of you? Now im angry

There seens to be 3 settings where numbers can be changed and it wont allow the second set of numbers.

The hard reset has not helped.
