Cant connect to my wifi (xbox one s)

I cant connect to my wifi. Ive been able to connect it before but since 4 days it hasnt been connected to the wifi. Ive tried restarting both devices it doesnt work. It gives me the same erroe message, “This console supports WPA2/WPA3 (personal), WPA/WPA2 (personal), WPA2 (personal), and WEP network security protocols, but your router is using something else. You'll need to change your router's configuration. For info about changing your router's security protocol, visit xbox.com/networkhardware. After you've changed it, check your connection again.”

My xbox one x is hardwired and is already connected... its older xbox one that is wireless and cant connect... I would hardwire it but it's set up on other side of my place... other systems and devices connect to new wifi router no problem... its just
my old xbox cant connect to new wifi router

ok so does anyone know why my xbox 360 s cant connect to live using wifi but the one that has an Ethernet cord can?? and no its not a moden, ip, or port forwarding problem

The same thing is happening to me now my XBOX ONE S is not connecting to my wifi why.

Do you know what security protocols your ISP/router is using? If its more modern then the Xbox One S, you wont be able to connect. What ISP and router do you have?

Im not sure of the security protocols. My landlord has all info. I think the provider is Telus cuz he work there. Hes not home much. Ill have to ask him about that
