    Can’t connect to multiplayer servers?


    I am having a problem where i am connected to the wifi i can go on YouTube and Netflix but i cant seem to connect to multiplayer servers. Im not the best with this sort of stuff and ive also reset my router and hard reset my xbox multiple times does anyone
    have a solution?

    What games are you trying to play?

    Go to Network portions of your Xbox in the Settings and run test multiplayer connection.

    It would come back with an error if youre not able to connect.

    Come back and let us know what it is
