    I was able to access Horizon Life just over a week ago, but all of the sudden, the box is greyed out. When trying to join Horizon Life, I get asked to purchase Game Pass but I already am on Game Pass to play the game. When cancelling that screen, it says my account cannot be verified.

    All other functions like auction house, liveries, downloading tunes, ect,, all work. I just cannot connect to actual multiplayer.

    I have done all posted fixes: No VPN active, Uninstall/reinstall game, NAT is open, reset internet connection, power cycled system/router/modem, ect..

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hello Ricardo

    I greatly appreciate the reply. I thought I had game pass ultimate but apparently I must have changed my sub to regular by accident by purchasing a card for regular game pass.

    I will be upgrading back to Ultimate. Thank you so much for the help!

    If your suscription is Game pass for console, this one does not includes Xbox Live Gold so you would need either to upgrade to game pass ultimate or get Xbox live gold

    Is it asking you for an Xbox Live Gold subscription? If yes, it is required to play a paid online multiplayer game such as Forza Horizon 5.

    The game is linked to your account even if you cancel the subscription

    So if you cancel the subscription you're going to lose access to the game pass library

    If you want a brief example:

    You are playing Forza Horizon 5 included in Game Pass, but you really like the game and you decide to buy Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition (not the upgrade, the full base game + DLC'S)

    When you cancel the subscription, you're going to be able to keep playing Forza Horizon 5 due to you already purchased it
