    im having this issue and have matched all dlc and everything we never had this issue till this week help

    Hello Cathy,

    A couple of things that you can do to fix this issue.

    • Check that you are both on the same version.
    • Make sure you have the same DLCs.
    • Make sure you have the same mods installed.

    Ok so what if we have double and triple checked all the above of same mods and version same DLCs but we still get "could not connect to server" error? Then what we check and even for safe measure reset our router too and we are on the same Internet. Heck we're even on the same console type. What do we do now?
