    Can't Connect to any Multiplayer Servers


    I recently bought the Xbox Series X and I had 0 problems until yesterday, I turned on the Xbox and tried to load into Fortnite and it wouldn't let me connect to the servers I have been reading all of the suggestions that Microsoft provided me with to fix it. My NAT is Open and no Double NAT Detected it was perfectly fine the day before. I connected to the wifi at my other house but it had Double NAT and wouldn't let me connect either. I tried the test for Multiplayer connection on the Xbox Settings and it says 'It's all good There are no problems with your connection for multiplayer. If you're still having trouble, try testing your NAT type again" So I tested the NAT Type and it tells me that it's Open. So NAT Open and no Double NAT and I still can't connect to multiplayer games. Please help me i've been dying to play.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    In this case, kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    If that didn't work, I would appreciate it if you can let me know all the games that you're trying as well as the exact error.

    is there still servers running for mw3 on xbox 1

    The best way to find out is to start a multiplayer game. If you connect, then the servers are still running. If you can't, then the servers are offline.

    Why is there no local (system link) co-op? I can't connect to their servers to play multiplayer with my friends and there's no way to play co-op without connecting to ea servers.

    I experience a similar issue when trying to play BF4 multiplayer. I have full internet connectivity, can surf the web but keep getting 'cannot connect to server' within the game. Can't seem to find any answers that connect the dots.
