    My son suddenly can't connect to any Minecraft servers and gets this message: "Do you want to play with whatever you buy from any Minecraft Store enabled system? Sign in with a FREE Microsoft account and sync your purchased Skins, Textures, Maps, and Mash-ups to use and play in Minecraft! If you lose your system or uninstall Minecraft, your purchases will still be synced and accessible on any system when you use your Microsoft account." Button choices are "Save to Microsoft Account" and "Leave on Device". It says you can create a new Microsoft account so that's what we did. When I login to the new Microsoft account, it contains 0 Minecraft purchases. This means there is no actual sync occurring. If i sign back out all the worlds and purchases are still there as they are saved to the iPhone (the device he plays on). If i sign back in and try to sync again the purchases are not there. I have purchased over 100 templates for my son on this iPhone so i need to make sure all the purchases are saved. Thats a lot of money to loose and my son will be devastated if all his worlds are lost. Please help as i am at a loss as to what to do, I have had no useful help from minecraft!

    Hi Sschoden

    If I understood correctly your previous reply, you linked previously a Microsoft account to the Apple ID used to make the purchases, but now that you're trying to link a new account this is why you're not able to see the purchases once you link the account, right?

    If that's the case I think that worth first reaching Mojang support to double check if its not possible to link a new Microsoft account in order to transfer the purchases once you link an account on iOS devices

    May I know if you tried linking a different Microsoft account to see if that helps?

    If yes and if the issue persist I can suggest you other things before reaching Mojang support.
    But first tell me:
    What iPhone do you have?
    What iOS version are you using?
    Are you able to test using a different device?

    My son is actually playing on his iPhone. Does that change the approach you might have for us? Also, I can't remember what his original Microsoft Account would be... Can we look up anything else? If he's on a server (which he's had no problem doing for months now) other players would see his name as LaserLuke505.
