Can't Connect Online Forza 4 Pc Steam Version

Hello . so I completed missions and every feature that was locked and unlocked now. so .when going to the main menu .friendlist is empty. I have some friends in my Xbox app account, I don't know where is to invite friends option to join my game party.and today's issue can't connect online Forza 4 pc steam ,teredo still blocked , i tried to fixing all steps ,i don't want reinstalling new fresh windows ...

and how to fix this error ?

Do you both have each other on your friends list? I mean, do you have you friend added and he also have you added?

And can you test if he receives invites on other games besides Forza? If he does, this is a problem on Forza side. If he doesn't, it is an issue with his account or computer.

hello again yes. we have both of them on our steam friendslist.but yes we test it again and still issue to inviting again.and he have good computer and he set all privacy account to all and allow .i think its issue forza side not our problems !

i have xbox app and steam,.my steam account and my friend account steam ,we both of them linked already to microsoft ,
