Can't connect my Xbox account to anything

Hi,

Since a while I've been having issues linking my Xbox gamertag to other gaming clients, such as Origin, the Epic Games Launcher and the Rockstar Games Social Club. Since this is happening consistently on multiple clients, I figured the issue has to be related
to my Xbox account.

Here are the results of trying to link Xbox:

Is there any known bug, occurence or setting that hinders the process of linking/connecting your Xbox account? Thanks in advance!

That's pretty likely. My mother set this up for me a lot of years ago, but now I'm mature and responsible enough to use it without restrictions.

If the issue is indeed having a child account, is there any way to fix it? I've done some digging and read that allegedly the first age you set for your Microsoft/Xbox account is set in stone and won't change even if you change the date of birth. Is this
true?

Update: For an unknown reason, I was able to succesfully link Bethesda.net to my Xbox Live. Epic Games, EA and Rockstar still fail.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues linking to developers. Is the account you are on a child account? As I know some developers require a certain age. You will need to reach out to these like Epic and EA for more information
why you are unable to link.

Thanks for responding. To answer the first part, I have installed Ubisoft Connect over 20 times and it still says preparing even after logging into my Ubisoft Connect account that has been linked to my Xbox account for 6 years.

Ubisoft Connect logs in and then nothing happens. Can't claim anything and it's stuck on "preparing" on Xbox.

I don't see how answering those questions helps you or me because they all seem to have something to do with internet connection which isn't the problem in my case.

My account + my dad's xbox (same house as me, same internet connection) = Connected to Xbox LIVE

My Dad's account + my dad's xbox = Connected to Xbox LIVE

My Dad's account + my xbox = Connected to Xbox LIVE

My account + my xbox = Can't connect to Xbox LIVE

I doubt it has anything to do with my internet. Sorry if I seem like an @@@ for not wanting to answer the questions but they seem like a waste of time.
