Cant connect my Gaming Headset Astro A10 on my xbox one

Hello all,

I went to Best Buy and ask the salesman about the Gaming headset Astro A10 its wired to the 3,5mm on the gamepad. In my xbox one when I go to the sound parameters it just not detected.

I maybe do something wrong, if you know my issue pls reply to me

Ive tried my turtle beaches, xbox headset, but my main one is my astro a10. They all do the same thing.

Thank you for reaching out to us about your issue!

The name of your headset won't display in your console settings if that's what you're looking for. When the device is plugged into the controller, you should be able to hear audio and to control the audio, you'd have to do that from within the guide.

- Press the Xbox button on your controller

- Navigate to the System menu by pressing RB on the controller

- Under System, navigate to Audio (if available) and select it.

Once in Audio, you should see multiple sliders allowing you to adjust the volume settings of your device.

Are you able to hear audio out of the headset when playing games and joining Xbox parties? Please let us know if you're experiencing any audio issues with the device.

Correction, an A10 Astro wired headset

Having gone between the Xbox Stereo Headset, to the Razer Kraken to now the Astro A10's, I've gotta say the budget Astros have lasted longer than either of the two prior, and they're incredibly comfortable. Looking at upgrading to some A50's in the future.
Astro have secured me as a customer for sure. Can't recommend the A10's enough.
