  1. Can't connect Multi-Device Dell Mouse KM7321W to Device 2

Device 1 New DELL XPS / Windows 11Pro

Device 2 DELL Inspiron One / Windows 10

    Keyboard and Mouse KM7321W

Installation of the Keyboard and Mouse on Device 1 was very easy.

    Cannot connect to device 2.

After holding the Mouse Position 2 for 3 sec., where to go from there? Should I go to screen of Device 1 (but the mouse is on 2) or the screen of device 2 ?

Should I keep the old Mouse on Device 2 during the pairing?

    Tks.

    :)

Hello, thanks for reaching out to us here! Unfortunately, we have no support available for the problem you're describing. This requires guidance from the product's manufacturer, who is Dell in this case.

Here is the link to their support page: Support | Dell US

I will close the thread after about a week, unless there is something else that we can help you with here in the Xbox Forums.

how do i connect keyboard a mouse to xbox cloud gaming

To connect a keyboard and mouse to Xbox Cloud Gaming, you will need to have a compatible device that supports Bluetooth or USB connectivity. Here are the steps to connect your keyboard and mouse:

    1. Turn on your keyboard and mouse and make sure they are in pairing mode.

    2. On your Xbox Cloud Gaming device, go to Settings > Devices & accessories > Accessories.

    3. Select "Add Bluetooth or other devices" and choose either "Bluetooth" or "USB" depending on the type of connection you are using.

    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

Once your keyboard and mouse are connected, you should be able to use them to play games on Xbox Cloud Gaming. Note that not all games may support keyboard and mouse input, so be sure to check the game's documentation or support page for more information.

    Xbox One and BT Openzone

The work around is to connect another device to btwifi, note that devices MAC address then change the Xbox ones MAC address to the same as the connected device. This allows you to update, download content too. I'm having an issue connecting to multi player
    games though.

Mouse Acceleration on Xbox Series X

Xbox allows keyboard and mouse, but it's the developer that builds it into their game. You can change pointer speed in settings, Devices & Connections, Mouse.
