Cant connect microsoft account to ps5

On your PS5, please navigate to the game or application that requires the Microsoft account link. It will prompt you to sign in or link an account.

And then choose the "Link Accounts" option.

The PS5 will display a QR code or a link to a website: https://aka.ms/remoteconnect

Next is to sign in on your phone or PC by opening a web browser on your phone or PC and go to the link provided on the PS5. Or you can use your phone's camera to scan the QR code.

After that is to enter the PS5 code. On the web browser, you'll be prompted to enter the code displayed on your PS5 console screen.

Kindly sign in with your Microsoft account by entering your Microsoft account email and password.

Once done signing in, the PS5 console screen will display your Microsoft account details. Please confirm the link by following the on-screen instructions.

Hello, a connected account can be unlinked by clicking the unlink button in the settings on the ps5 minecraft app, I do not have an account connected to my psn, I have access to my microsoft account, i never connected any account to my psn and this is the first time im attempting to connnect, My psn is not connected to an account

If you are playing a microsoft game like minecraft, you need to create the link on the account, and this process is done on the ps account, unfortunately if it identifies because some account has its microsoft account linked and microsoft does not have access to it.

Try loging in on your Sony Account on your Xbox and you get the same results. Your Playstation uses a Sony Account to log in. I'm not sure if this is a troll post or not. Lol
